We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential buyers, and closing sales in a fast-paced and competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads through networking and referrals. Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct property tours, provide market insights, and answer client questions. Negotiate terms and prepare contracts, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Stay up-to-date on current market trends, property values, and local regulations. Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other industry professionals. Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Freshers & Experienced Welcome. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
