Job Type: Full-Time | Flexible HoursKey Responsibilities:
Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of high-end residential and commercial properties Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and new luxury developments across the UAE Offer expert advice on property values, mortgage options, and pricing strategies Coordinate viewings, negotiate deals, and handle all related documentation Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in the UAE real estate market Strong knowledge of luxury developments and communities Fluent in English; additional language skills in Chinese or German are a major plus Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle (preferred) Self-driven, professional, and results-focused
