We are seeking a dynamic and driven Property Consultant specializing in

off-plan real estate projects

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for off-plan properties offered by leading developers in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects from top developers in Dubai. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and company resources. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase projects. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities. Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, project launches, and competitor activities. Negotiate deals and close sales in alignment with company targets. Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management. Coordinate with the sales support and administrative teams for smooth deal closures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant/Real Estate Agent, preferably in

off-plan sales

in Dubai/UAE. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market and developers. Ability to generate own leads as well as convert company-provided leads. Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven. Fluency in English is a must (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus). UAE Driving License and own car preferred.
