We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team. This position offers a basic salary plus attractive commissions, along with monthly targets to drive performance. The right candidate will have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the motivation to achieve and exceed assigned goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell residential & commercial properties. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Handle inquiries, conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Stay updated with Dubai's real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and market trends. Submit regular reports on progress and achieved targets.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team. RERA certification (preferred, but can be arranged). Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred). Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure to achieve targets.
