Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Property Consultant

to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. Understand client needs and provide suitable property options accordingly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, local market trends, and available properties. Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses. Provide guidance on pricing, mortgages, market conditions, and related matters. Assist clients in preparing necessary documentation and contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close successful deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Update CRM and property listings regularly. Attend training, team meetings, and industry events as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a property consultant or real estate agent (preferred). Strong knowledge of local property market and real estate processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a strong sales orientation. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple leads at once. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (if required).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
