Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and open houses. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Understand client needs, preferences, and financial boundaries to offer the best possible property solutions.

Property Marketing & Listing:

Secure property listings from sellers and landlords. Conduct property evaluations and provide accurate market valuations. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listed properties using online portals, social media, print advertising, and company resources. Prepare marketing materials, including professional photographs, descriptions, and floor plans.

Sales & Negotiation:

Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants. Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers between parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare and review sales and leasing contracts, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Guide clients through the entire process, from offer acceptance to closing, coordinating with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors

Market Expertise:

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local property market, including trends, pricing, and inventory. Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain databases.

Qualifications and Skills

A valid real estate license or certification as required by the state/country. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, or similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient with MLS databases, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market. Established network of contacts and clients in the real estate industry.
