We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker/ Property Consultants to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a driven professional with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in property sales and rental agreements. Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, and rental processes for residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and prospective buyers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.
- Prepare and present property listings, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and other agents to achieve the best outcomes.
- Assist clients in understanding market conditions, property values, and real estate regulations.
- Organize and host open houses and viewing appointments to showcase properties.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in a database.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role in the real estate market.
- UAE driving licence
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of property management and real estate laws.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools for property listing and client management.
