Your Responsibilities

Client Engagement

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai Offer tailored property recommendations based on client needs Conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and close successful transactions

Sales & Relationship Management

Generate and follow up on leads, building long-term client connections Keep updated on property market trends, laws, and best practices Deliver outstanding service and expert guidance throughout the process

What We're Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (fluency in Russian, French, German, Arabic, or Spanish is a big plus) Real estate experience preferred but not essential Fresh graduates and newcomers are encouraged to apply Strong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance, self-motivation, and goal-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
