What You'll Do
Source, manage, and close sales/leasing opportunities across prime Dubai communities.
Run end-to-end client journeys: qualification, viewings, negotiation, documentation, and after-sales.
Maintain a structured pipeline via
Bitrix24 CRM
; keep data clean and actions timely.
Collaborate with marketing and listings teams to maximise exposure and conversion.
Consistently achieve monthly targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in Dubai real estate (sales and/or leasing); off-plan experience is a plus.
Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
Clear communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
High ownership mindset: disciplined with follow-ups, punctual for meetings/viewings.
RERA certified (or willing to obtain promptly).
