Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Property Consultant

to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a strong drive to close deals successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties under the best possible terms Assess clients' needs and financial status to recommend suitable options Conduct property tours, inspections, and open houses Build and maintain a strong network of listings and leads Draft and review contracts and agreements (e.g., purchase, lease) Stay up to date on property market trends, legal requirements, and financing options Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers Provide excellent after-sales service and client follow-up

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws and market dynamics Fresher to Real estate can also be considered Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients Proficiency with CRM systems and online property platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) Multilingual abilities are a plus (English is mandatory, Hindi, Urdu or Arabic)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
