Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves engaging with broker companies to build strong partnerships, driving effective sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities across various channels. A key focus will be on consistently achieving both daily and monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
Qualifications
In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and applicable regulatory frameworks
Engaging prospective clients
Developing and executing sales strategies
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Achieving defined sales targets
Bachelor's degree
Fluency in English (knowledge of Dutch, German, Polish, Turkish, French, Chinese or Japanese is a plus)
