We are seeking a motivated
Property Consultant
to assist clients in buying, selling and renting residential or commercial properties. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting viewings, negotiating deals and guiding clients through the real estate process.Key Responsibilities:
Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties Conduct property viewings and market analysis Negotiate sales/rental agreements Maintain client relationships and meet sales targets Stay updated on market trends and legal requirements
Requirements:
Experience in real estate or sales preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset Knowledge of local property laws is a plus
