The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, a proven track record of successful sales, and a passion for connecting clients with their dream investments. This role is perfect for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. ??Key Responsibilities: ??Client Management: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients interested in off-plan properties. ??Sales & Negotiation: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, and skillfully negotiate to achieve the best outcomes. ??Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan projects, market trends, developer promotions, and legal regulations. ??Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. ??Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including ??Requirements:
