Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused

Real Estate Agent

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties
Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements
Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses
Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients
Coordinate the closing process and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service
Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and legal regulations

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong negotiation and sales abilities
Previous experience in real estate or sales is an asset
Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable
Sound knowledge of real estate documentation and transaction processes
Understanding of current market trends and industry best practices
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
