Job Description
Location - Dubai
As a Property Consultant at STREE Real Estate, you will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, managing property transactions, and ensuring a seamless buying, selling, or renting process. You will use your in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting. Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, leases, and deeds.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate, particularly in the Dubai market. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. UAE Real Estate License or RERA certification preferred. * Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
