Your Role: Secondary Market Property Consultant

We're looking for talented and driven real estate professionals to join our secondary market division. You will:

Sell or lease

ready residential and commercial properties

Work with both

landlords and end users

(homebuyers or tenants) Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage client expectations Build and maintain a strong network of property owners and clients Provide honest, market-informed advice to buyers, sellers, and renters Stay up to date on current listings, area trends, and legal requirements

Who We're Looking For

Minimum

1 year of experience

in Dubai's secondary property market Proven ability to

close deals

in sales or rentals Strong communication and negotiation skills Independent, motivated, and team-oriented Knowledge of

RERA regulations

; a valid

broker card

is a plus UAE driving license preferred
