We are looking for motivated and experienced
Real Estate Agents
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience in the UAE real estate market, with knowledge of leading developers, projects, and communities. You will be responsible for managing property sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle property sales across
off-plan and secondary markets
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and company support
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations
Stay updated on new project launches, market insights, and RERA regulations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai
(off-plan or secondary market)
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Knowledge of leading Dubai developers and communities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Currently based in Dubai
UAE driving license (advantage)
