About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for sales. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with leading real estate broker firms and achieving sales targets in the freehold property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a portfolio of reputed real estate broker firms specializing in freehold properties. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Provide clients with detailed information on available properties, pricing, and market conditions. Guide clients throughout the buying process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Prepare weekly reports and Management Information System (MIS) updates for senior management. Utilize CRM tools efficiently to manage client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Preferably candidates from European countries. Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university. Proven experience in freehold real estate sales, preferably within the Dubai market. Strong knowledge of freehold property regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. RERA Certification is an added advantage. Valid UAE driver's license.
