We're Hiring - Real Estate Agents (Dubai)

Location: Arjan, Dubai, UAE
Position: Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant
Compensation: High Commission - Unlimited Earnings
Employment Type: Full-Time (Commission-Based Plus Basic salary for Experienced person)

What You'll Do:

- Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided & self-generated).
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and mortgage options.
- Promote and market properties through targeted events, strategic advertising, and effective networking.
- Negotiate and close property transactions.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

? Previous sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
? Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
? Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
? Knowledge of Dubai's property market
? RERA certification is an advantage (can be obtained after joining).
? English fluency - additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
