We are seeking motivated and results-driven
Property Consultants
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties.Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property laws, market conditions, and real estate developments. Prepare and present offers, contracts, and related documentation. Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets set by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent in Dubai is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
