Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of proven experience in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan, Secondary, or Rentals)

Strong sales record and ability to close high-value deals

Excellent knowledge of Dubai's property market, areas, and RERA regulations

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client service skills

Self-motivated, professional, and target-focused

Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
