Role Overview
As a Property Consultant, you'll focus on cultivating and closing new business from leads while building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on raw leads provided daily.
Conduct client meetings.
Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of our offering.
Close deals using strong negotiation skills to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Develop long-term public and private relationships to drive repeat business.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence future projects.
Participate in company training sessions for upcoming product lines and expansions.
Qualifications
Proven sales track record (1+ years) in commission-based roles, demonstrating strong closing history.
Exceptional interpersonal skills comfortable working publicly, in person with clients, and in building trust and rapport.
Self-motivated and capable of operating independently while managing a flexible schedule.
Industry network or ability to quickly build one through proactive outreach.
