Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow high?net?worth clients' property portfolios. Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers. Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations and ensuring smooth transactions. Coordinate viewings and help the clients with the needful.-Keep clients informed with regular performance updates and market insights. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and achieve personal and team goals Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and referrals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate or property/portfolio management Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and trends- Demonstrate in?depth knowledge of off?plan properties Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and numerical skills Fluent in English
