We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying and purchasing off-plan properties, providing them with comprehensive market insights and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through the off-plan property purchasing process, from initial consultation to closing. Conduct market research to identify lucrative investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals. Prepare and present property proposals and investment analyses. Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and local regulations. Assist clients with financing options and legal documentation. Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and open houses to promote offerings. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a focus on off-plan properties. Strong understanding of the property market and investment strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Relevant real estate license is a plus.
