Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled

Property Consultant

to join our team at

Emperor Homes Property

. In this full-time role, you will provide expert property consulting services, build strong relationships with clients, and drive sales in the rapidly growing

Dubai real estate market

. You will leverage your industry knowledge and customer service skills to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer expert consulting services to clients interested in

buying, selling, and renting properties

in Dubai. Communicate effectively to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Drive sales by meeting and exceeding

sales targets

in the competitive Dubai real estate market. Utilize in-depth knowledge of

Dubai's real estate market trends

, pricing, and property investment opportunities. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and efficient service. Stay up-to-date on property listings, market changes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Strong consulting and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with clients. Minimum

1 year of experience

in

property sales

or

property rental

(Preferred). Proven track record of

sales success

and exceptional customer service. In-depth knowledge of the

real estate industry

in Dubai. Excellent

negotiation skills

and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with

Dubai real estate market trends

is essential.

Property management experience

is a plus. Valid UAE ID

Valid UAE driving license

(Preferred).
