Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven
Property Consultant
to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice and delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in purchasing, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties Generate leads and follow up with prospective buyers and tenants Conduct property viewings and provide in-depth information about the features and benefits Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property laws, and real estate regulations Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, agreements, and reports Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
