Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of proven experience in Dubai Real Estate (Off-Plan, Secondary, or Rentals)
Strong closing track record and ability to generate top-performing deals
Deep understanding of Dubai market trends, area knowledge, and RERA compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills
Highly self-driven, professional, and sales-focused mindset
Fluent in English (Multilingual candidates are an advantage)
