Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day management of rental properties, including tenant coordination and maintenance requests
Handle
Ejari registrations, renewals, and cancellations
through the Dubai REST app and other official portals
Ensure compliance with
DLD regulations and documentation standards
Manage leasing documentation, tenancy contracts, and rent collection
Coordinate with facility management and service providers for property upkeep
Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
Maintain updated records of units, contracts, lease renewals, and government submissions
Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure proper handover and move-out processes
Support property marketing and vacancy management in coordination with agents
Desired Profile:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in real estate or property management
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
Ejari, DLD, and RERA procedures
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with tenancy laws and landlord-tenant regulations in Dubai
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
Arabic-speaking is a plus
UAE driving license preferred
