We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven
Property Consultants
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, providing expert advice on property investments, and guiding clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.Key Responsibilities
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, digital platforms, and cold calling Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and investors Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation (contracts, leases, etc.) Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and legislation
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy (minimum 1 year preferred) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality Ability to work independently and in a team environment UAE Driving License (preferred but not mandatory) Multilingual candidates are a plus
