Property Consultant
Job Description
Understand clients' property needs, preferences, and budgets.
Provide expert advice on buying, selling, renting, or investing in real estate.
Source and list properties that match client requirements.
Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses.
Provide accurate information on property specifications, pricing, and legal considerations
Develop a network of clients through referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
Follow up with potential leads and maintain a database of prospects.
Work with real estate agents, developers, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals to support the transaction process.
Coordinate with marketing teams to promote listings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
