What You'll Do

Guide clients through buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai. Generate leads and build a strong network through marketing, referrals, and cold outreach. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property listings, and investment opportunities. Conduct viewings and negotiations with professionalism and integrity. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Who You Are

Proven sales experience (real estate preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English Self-motivated and results-driven Own visa or willing to transfer (UAE experience is a plus) Driver's license and own car preferred

Basic Salary + Commission

(High earnings potential) Residence Visa + Medical Insurance Annual Leave Monthly income ranges between

AED 15,000-50,000+

for active performers
