Property Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for experienced real estate agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidates are already active in the Dubai property market, with a strong understanding of local trends, neighborhoods, and client expectations.
Please note: applicants must be currently based in Dubai and have existing experience in the local real estate market.
Responsibilities:-Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties across Dubai.
-Provide accurate market insights and guidance throughout the transaction process.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
-Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally.
-Stay up to date with market developments and legal regulations.Requirements:
-Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales or rentals.
-Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and client demographics.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
Location requirement: Must be currently living in Dubai and already working within the real estate industry.
