We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Property Consultants to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate. The successful candidates will assist clients in purchasing off-plan properties, Secondary, Rentals providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Compensation and Benefits:

Commission :

Commission upto 65% for successful property transactions. Advance from Closing is given

Earnings Potential:

The earning potential is uncapped, providing the opportunity for significant income based on performance.

Previous experience: real estate experience of minimum 6 months plus is preferred


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, social media, and referrals. Conduct property viewings (where applicable) and provide clients with comprehensive information about off-plan properties, the market, and the purchasing process.

Market Research:

Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape, specifically focusing on off-plan developments. Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value and investment potential.

Sales and Negotiation:

Assist clients in making informed decisions by presenting detailed property information, answering queries, and addressing concerns. Negotiate deals on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote off-plan properties and attract potential buyers. Create marketing materials such as listings, brochures, and online advertisements.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in sales or client acquisition is beneficial.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales abilities. Experience six months plus in Real Estate in Dubai Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other sales tools.

Knowledge:

Understanding of the local property market, specifically off-plan properties, and current market conditions. Familiarity with legal requirements and documentation involved in property transactions.

Personal Attributes:

Passionate about real estate and eager to learn and grow within the industry. Goal-oriented with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
