As a Property Consultant, you will be the key point of contact between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Your main responsibility will be to guide clients through the process of purchasing, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
Conduct site visits and property tours
Build and maintain a strong network of clients and property listings
Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively
Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Knowledge of local property market and regulations
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (if applicable)
Real estate license or certification (if required by your region)
