Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Property Listing Agent

to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and marketing property listings across residential and commercial sectors. You will act as the key liaison between property owners and potential buyers or tenants, ensuring high-quality listings that attract interest and lead to successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source new property listings through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and online platforms. Conduct property inspections and valuations to ensure accurate pricing and presentation. Collect and verify all property documentation required for listing compliance under Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations. Prepare high-quality property listings, including descriptions, specifications, and features. Upload and maintain property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.). Liaise with landlords, developers, and property managers to ensure smooth listing processes. Stay up to date with market trends, area developments, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with sales and leasing agents to match listings with client needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property listing or a similar real estate role in Dubai is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate listing platforms. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
