is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Off-Plan / Secondary Market Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while facilitating property transactions in the secondary market. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to acquire new property listings.

Ideal Candidate:

Promote sales of off-plan properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. Develop a strong understanding of off-plan property market trends, challenges, and opportunities. Successful track record closing deals in UAE Real Estate Secondary Sales & Off-Plan Establish a network with developers to stay updated on upcoming projects and offerings. Offer expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters. Maintain and update listings of available properties / Successful track record in acquiring new property listings Attend property launches and events to network and promote sales. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. Outstanding sales and negotiation skills Must Meet Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets Results-oriented

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of Real Estate Broker experience in Dubai. Proficient in ENGLISH, RUSSIAN, GERMAN, FRENCH, etc... reading, writing, and speaking) with additional languages as an advantage. Local Real Estate market knowledge Off-Plan & Secondary. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence in delivering effective presentations. Preferably experienced in the real estate market. Possession of a UAE driving license will be a significant advantage.
