Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.

Property Evaluation: Assess property values and market conditions to advise clients on the pricing, marketing, and sale of their properties.

Property Acquisition: Identify and show properties to potential buyers, negotiating on their behalf to achieve the best possible terms.

Market Research: Stay informed about the local real estate market, trends, and developments to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.

Marketing and Promotion: Utilize various marketing tools and platforms to promote properties and attract potential buyers or sellers.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure a successful transaction.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and legal documents related to real estate transactions.

We offer salary & commission to agents who have more than 5+ years experience in real estate sales
This job has only commission scheme structure, but you can get salary according to your experience.
