Identify and source potential clients through networking, cold calling, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options accordingly.
Schedule property viewings and accompany clients during site visits.
Provide clients with guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and government regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant in the UAE market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
