Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai.
Qualify leads and convert them into successful transactions.
Conduct property viewings and maintain client relationships.
Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
Negotiate and finalize contracts professionally.
Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM.
Requirements:
1-2 years of UAE real estate experience (preferred).
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
RERA certification is a plus or willingness to obtain it.
Motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
