We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Property Consultant to join our fast-growing team at Nine Star Properties. As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients find their dream properties, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice on the Dubai property market.

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences

Advise clients on current property market trends, investment opportunities, and suitable properties

Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and answering client queries

Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring client satisfaction and company success

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry stakeholders

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and regulations

Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring the accurate listing and promotion of properties

Assist with the preparation of property contracts, agreements, and other documentation

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and develop business opportunities

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role in Dubai (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
