Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of real estate sales or leasing experience (Dubai market preferred). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship and networking abilities. Professional presentation and sales techniques. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
