We are looking for a driven and customer-focused

Property Consultant

to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build strong client relationships while closing successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Understand client requirements and provide customized property solutions. Conduct property viewings and effectively manage negotiations. Stay updated with market trends, legal regulations, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth transactions. Deliver exceptional client service and maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage is preferred. Freshers are also eligible. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in market research and data analysis. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, UAE. Relevant real estate certifications or a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus. Presentable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. UAE driving license is an advantage.
