Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Property Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, or rent residential and commercial properties. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support throughout the entire property transaction process.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and understand clients' property needs and provide suitable property options. Generate and manage a portfolio of property listings (residential, commercial, or both). Conduct property viewings, inspections, and follow-ups with potential buyers or tenants. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors. Negotiate offers and close property transactions in the client's best interest. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and competitor activities. Assist with marketing efforts including property promotions, online listings, and social media campaigns. Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurate and in compliance with real estate laws and company policies. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
