We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Property Consultant

to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, offering expert advice and guiding them through every stage of the real estate process. A strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-first attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote property listings and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals. Understand client requirements and present suitable property options. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information. Negotiate offers and close property sales or rental deals. Maintain a strong database of clients and properties. Provide guidance and assistance to clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Stay updated with market trends, real estate laws, and industry developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Presentable, professional, and customer-focused attitude. RERA Certification is an advantage
