Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties Provide expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities Conduct property viewings and negotiations to ensure client satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate developments and regulations Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role (preferred but not required) Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed Ability to work independently and as part of a team
