Right Hand Realty is looking for motivated and self-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a commission-only role offering up to 90% commission, ideal for experienced agents who want to maximize their income and work independently with the full support of a licensed real estate brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

List, market, and sell or lease properties across Dubai

Generate and qualify leads through various channels

Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals

Maintain excellent relationships with clients and landlords

Stay up to date with market trends and RERA regulations

Requirements:

Previous real estate sales or leasing experience in Dubai

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work without supervision

Valid UAE driving license and car (preferred)

RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
