We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Property Consultant

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate projects, building client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed by Rijas Development. Generate and follow up with leads through various channels including calls, emails, social media, and property portals. Schedule and conduct property viewings, presentations, and site tours with prospective clients. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Rijas Development's projects, pricing, payment plans, and unique selling points. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with internal teams for closing sales. Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or real estate brokerage in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage. UAE Driving License and own car (preferred). RERA certification (optional but preferred).
