We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team at Stability Properties LLC. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, German, and English, with a strong background in real estate sales and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate leads and manage client relationships. Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently. Stay updated on market trends and property listings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales. Fluent in Arabic, German, and English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
