Key Responsibilities
Source and list properties for sale and rent in Dubai.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals.
Provide clients with market insights, property evaluations, and investment advice.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
Maintain up-to-date listings, leads, and communications through CRM platforms.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.
Stay informed about market trends, new projects, and legal regulations in Dubai.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's neighborhoods, projects, and developer offerings.
Proven sales or leasing record in real estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car.
RERA certification is a plus.
