Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and experienced Property Consultants to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will work with both company-provided leads and your own network, with an attractive commission split that rewards both initiative and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in property purchases, sales, and rentals Provide accurate property information and market advice Conduct viewings, follow up with clients, and manage negotiations Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, trends, and market conditions Utilize CRM tools and company systems to manage leads and opportunities

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or property consultant (Dubai experience preferred) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills RERA certification (or willing to obtain) UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred) Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player Fluency in English (Arabic or other language skills is a plus)
